Who processes the data
The sufics.trade website (“Sufics”, “we”) processes personal data of client-area users and site visitors to the extent described below.
What we store
Account: email address, name, interface language, time zone, notification settings, password hash (the password itself is never stored).
Sign-in sessions: sign-in and last-activity time, browser string (User-Agent), so you can see and end your sessions.
Account opening requests: the contact method and contact you provide, and your comment.
Support requests: message text and attached files.
Account data: deposits and withdrawals, accruals, trade history.
Security log: sign-in attempts and administrator actions on accounts.
Sign in with Google
When you sign in with Google, we receive from Google only your email address, whether it is verified, and your name. We have no access to your mail, contacts, files or any other data in your Google account. Data received from Google is used only to sign you in and is not shared with third parties.
Why we use it
To give you access to the client area, keep records of funds and operations, answer your requests, send the notifications you have enabled, and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
We do not sell data, use it for advertising or share it with ad networks.
Who receives the data
The hosting provider whose servers run the site; the email service used to send messages; Telegram, for internal notifications to staff about new requests; Google, for visit statistics on public pages (see Cookies). Only what these functions need is shared.
Cookies
The site uses necessary cookies: the session cookie (client-area sign-in) and your chosen language.
The site's public pages load Google Tag Manager. Google's analytics services run through it: they set their own cookies and receive the page address, the referring page and information about your browser and device. The client area and the sign-in, registration and password recovery pages load no third-party scripts or cookies.
Retention and your rights
Data is kept while the account exists; records of funds are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute resolution.
You can change your data in the client-area settings, end your sessions, and request a copy or deletion of your data through support in the client area or by email at support@sufics.trade.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page.
